Clea plays the part of a Southern Lady in "Belle of The Ball" and wears this fabulous outfit as she rushes to the Afternoon Ball World's Fair in St. Louis to meet her 'Gentleman Caller', Beauregard St.Clair.

A light rose pink crinoline gown with a sweetheart neckline, puff sleeves and a large bow at the back with rosebud accents. 
The bottom edge of the dress and sleeve cuffs have a deep lace trim and colourful braid has been used to accent the dress at the neck, waist and hem. A stiff white petticoat adds the right amount of fullness and support to the skirt of the dress.

As befits a Belle, a large picture hat with shirred lining, lace trim and rosebuds adorns Clea's head and she carries a small silk purse in her hand.
