| One twelfth scale miniature porcelain doll standing approx five and a half inches tall. This hand crafted miniature porcelain character doll is Mary Tudor - "Bloody Mary" who reigned from 1553 - 1558 Mary is dressed in dark red silk dress with contrasting gold fabric front skirt and sleeves. The sleeves of her overdress are cuffed in a black fabric. A jewelled goldtone belt hangs around her waist and a pendant at her neck. Mary's headpiece of an English gable hood is typical of the period.
